Within each Power Force wristband are ions that work with your body's energy to give you confidence from within. Each person has their own preference about how snug or loose they want their Power Force Power Band to fit. To help give a better idea of the power band's size the Sizing Chart is as follows: SMALL - 17.5cm MEDIUM - 19.0cm LARGE - 20.5 cm XLARGE - 22.5cm (1 inch = 2.5 cm)
