Please note:  All Sale Items are NON-Refundable.

When returning an item to The Red Zone, please do so via a carrier where a tracking number can be issued.  We will not be responsible for any lost shipments being sent back to us.  Once a return is received, we will make our best effort to take care of it within 48 hours.

-Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return any or all items (except Custom Made) in their original condition with tags attached for a refund, less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, we will happily refund your shipping cost.

-Exchanges will have a shipping charge of $6.95 billed directly to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements have been made. If an item, which you have requested for exchange, is out of stock, we will contact you to see what you would like to be done. 

-If you are returning an item that was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, please return the product to Red Zone.
