1.  Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?      

   If you supply us with a PO Box or APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

2.  Can I pay with a check?

We no longer accept checks.  This includes in store purchases.

3.  Where are you located?

   The Red Zone is located in the middle of downtown Athens, GA.  Our store is located in the middle of Clayton St between Lumpkin St and College Ave.  We are on the right side of the street with 2 big Georgia Flags flying with The Star Spangled Banner flying between them. Click Here for directions

4.  What are your hours?

Monday - Friday    10:00 am till 6:00 pm

Saturday                 10:00 am till 6:00 pm

Sunday                   12:00 pm till 5:00 pm

Friday Night before gameday and gameday hours vary.  The Red Zone is open late on both days.

Returning an Item
  If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service.
  • Click here and print this return form. Include it with your returning merchandise.
  • Please gather the item you wish to return including all tags, receipts, and if possible the original shipping box.
  • Be sure to print out and complete the return form found at under FAQ.
    It is very important that you include your order number and contact information.
    Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions.
  • We suggest that you use UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.

  • There will be a 15 % restocking fee for any item being returned for a refund.  Any item being exchanged or damaged will not incur any fee.
  • All returns must have original tags attached and be in the same condition as they were shipped.
  • All Sale/Clearence items as well as jerseys are non-refundable.  Exchanges only. 
  • Drop Ship items and/or custom orders are all sales final.  They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • You can expect that your return will be handled within 2 days of reciept.  Please allow 2-3 days after you have been refunded to see the transaction on your statement.

What to do
  When your package arrives, please inspect it carefully for any damage caused during shipping or otherwise.  If there is a problem, please contact us at 706-769-3081 or to inform us about the problem.  We will work with you to resolve the problem.
