1.  Standard Shipping      

   We may need to contact you regarding your order in the case of a temporarily out-of-stock item to arrange for a suitable substitute. Please leave a phone number and email address where you can be reached immediately. Orders are processed in the order received. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method and the volume of orders that we have at any given time. Please order early for gifts and special events. If you choose standard shipping, although most orders are processed and shipped within a couple of days, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. This time frame is to allow for possible items that may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you regarding out of stock items only if we believe it may delay your shipment beyond the 10-14 day window.  

2.  Express Shipping

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day options are available. Express Shipping orders placed before 10AM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Express Shipping orders placed after 10AM EST will be processed and shipped the following day. For example, an order placed Friday at 11:30AM with Next Day Shipping will be processed and shipped the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Military Addresses or APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be shipped by USPS. No Express Shipping is available for these addresses.

3.  Delivery Confirmation

   All USPS shipments are tracked at three points: processing, pick-up, and delivery. UPS offers point-to-point tracking. The Red Zone cannot be held responsible for packages that have been electronically scanned as delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us in the order notes with special shipping or delivery instruction such as PLEASE LEAVE ON BACK PORCH, or PLEASE DON'T LEAVE AT DOORSTEP: SIGNATURE REQUIRED. In some cases additional shipping charges may apply if the charged amount dramatically exceeds that actual shipping amount required. We will contact you to confirm and get permission to charge an additional amount if required. PLEASE NOTE: All shipments are checked and double-checked by AT LEAST two people during the shipping process for 100% accuracy.
